The Consumer Advocates and Protection Coalition is particular about the shops that join. Shops MUST abide by OE repair procedures and not allow the bill payer to dictate what repairs are completed and how they are completed.

As a coalition dedicated to advocating for and protecting the rights of the consumer, our guests, it is imperative that the culture of your auto body shop is focused around the guest and putting education and transparency in the forefront as well as being honest and integrity filled.

As a coalition we will look at each prospective shop’s online reviews, speak with colleagues and vendors you work with, as well as reviewing closely your application questions and interview answers.

If you are proud of the work your shop does and feel like it’s your responsibility to make sure the consumer’s safety is the #1 priority then we encourage you to reach out to start the onboarding process!
